The quality of fuel in Afghanistan market is regulated by the Government Fuel Quality Standards (ANSA) which is an authorized government fuel laboratory in Kabul Afghanistan.  They place an obligation on the fuel industry, including fuel suppliers, to supply fuels that meet strict environmental requirements.
